Waste collection still runs on a fixed schedule and on phone calls from customers — not on what is actually happening in the field. The result is familiar: a truck drives an hour to a container that is one third full, while another one overflows across town and turns into a complaint.

Israel's new waste law demands documentation. Documentation is exactly what the system already produces
In July 2026 the Knesset (Israel's parliament) passed the Waste Law, which tightens oversight of waste transport: vehicle tracking, an online register of licensed operators, a controlled payment mechanism, and liability across the entire chain — from the producer, through the hauler, to the final disposal site.
Kal Pinuy does not add paperwork on top of the work you already do — it turns what already happens in the field into a digital record you can put in front of an inspector.

How does the system know when a container is full?
A sensor mounted on the container reports its fill level, battery status and signal strength every few minutes. When a container crosses the threshold you set, it changes colour on the map and in the container fleet, an alert opens, and if you have switched on an automation rule, a collection order is created by itself. Instead of sending a truck out to check, you send it only to what is genuinely full.
Do we have to fit sensors on every container to get started?
No. You can start with no sensors at all and manage orders, drivers, shipping notes and customers manually — then add sensors gradually, starting with the containers most worth monitoring. A container without a sensor is simply shown without fill data, and the rest of the system works on it exactly as usual.
What is a digital shipping note and why does it matter?
A shipping note is the documentation that travels with the waste from the customer to the final disposal site: who ordered it, who hauled it, where to, what it weighed and which invoice it is linked to — with the customer's and the driver's signatures captured digitally. It is the chain of custody that proves the waste reached a licensed site, instead of a carbon-copy pad that never leaves the cab.
